Removing Outlook Express from the Default Users Start Menu

I have a "simian" (don't worry, he understands...) colleague to thank for finding this one. It's always annoyed me, that no matter how neatly I configure the start menu of a new PC, whenever a user logs on at it for the first time, the awful "Outlook Express" icon decides it wants to be there. This page gives concise instructions as to exactly what registry key to play with to stop this annoying behaviour.
